CEO & President

Joey is our founder and the CEO of MG8 Ohio! Since opening his doors in 2018, he has proven to be a dominant businessman and entrepreneur. Since opening the firm, Joey and his team have expanded to markets covering the entire state of Ohio! MG8 Ohio was recognized as the 2020 highest revenue office for our client.

Joey is originally from St. Clair Shores, Michigan, a suburban city just north of Detroit. He grew up in a massive Italian family of six kids. Growing up, he had a passion for hockey and started playing at two years old. As he grew older, he had the opportunity to attend Rochester University on a hockey scholarship. He graduated with a degree in Psychology. After graduation, Joey started in sales, working for an independent sales company, and fell in love with sales, training, and helping people. In 2017, Joey took home the #1 Sales Rep Award, the Top Sales Rep Award, and the Top Team Building Award. His love for helping and training others is the main reason why he decided to open his own sales firm in 2018.

You can find Joey playing hockey or golf in his free time, spending time with his family, and taking his dog, Frank, for walks around Columbus. Joey also loves movies and stand-up comedy.

Frank
The Office Mascot

Frank is our certified “Good Boy” in the MG8 Ohio family. He joined our team in January of 2021. It took a lot of training to get him to receive the “Good Boy” award, but since obtaining that he’s been awesome to have in the office.

Frank brings love and extra cuteness to the firm, which adds a little more to the already upbeat atmosphere. When Frank is not working in the office, you can find him sleeping, or playing with his stuffed animal elephant.

Keep an eye on Frank though, because he also has a love for sports equipment and office supplies. He’ll go after tennis balls, basketballs, footballs, hockey pucks, and the occasional expo Eraser.
