Joseph
CEO & President
Since opening the firm in 2018, Joey has established himself as a standout entrepreneur and business leader. Under his leadership, MG8 Ohio has expanded into markets across the entire state and was recognized as the highest revenue-generating office for our client in 2020.
Originally from St. Clair Shores, Michigan—a suburban city just north of Detroit—Joey grew up in a large Italian family with six siblings. He developed a passion for hockey early on, starting at just two years old. That love for the sport led him to Rochester University, where he played on a hockey scholarship and earned his degree in Psychology.
After graduation, Joey began his career in sales at an independent firm, where he quickly found his calling in leadership, training, and helping others succeed. In 2017, he earned multiple honors, including the #1 Sales Rep Award, the Top Sales Rep Award, and the Top Team Building Award. These experiences inspired him to launch MG8 Ohio with a vision to grow people and performance hand in hand.
Outside of work, you can find Joey on the hockey rink or golf course, spending time with his family, or walking his dog, Frank, around Columbus. He’s also a fan of movies and stand-up comedy.
Erin
Recruiting & Talent Scouting
Erin is MG8 Ohio’s Talent Scout, playing a key role in recruiting top-tier candidates and supporting the growth of our team.
Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Erin was raised on the water in Port Huron, MI. She spent her early years dancing competitively alongside her two younger sisters and biggest supporters, Katie and Meghan. In 2017, she graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a degree in Chemistry and Marketing, along with a pre-med co-major.
After college, Erin pivoted from the medical field to pursue a business career focused on sales and leadership development. A new opportunity brought her to Cleveland in 2018, where she sharpened her skills in revenue generation, talent development, and team leadership. Today, as a key player in MG8 Ohio’s recruiting and human resources efforts, Erin is passionate about identifying driven individuals and helping them thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Outside of work, you’ll find her trying new restaurants, watching movies, or boating with her family on Lake Huron.
Frank
The Office Mascot
Frank is MG8 Ohio’s official “Good Boy” and beloved office mascot. He joined the team in January 2021 and, after some rigorous (and highly rewarding) training, proudly earned his “Good Boy” certification. Since then, he’s been a constant source of joy, charm, and tail wags around the office.
Frank’s presence adds an extra dose of positivity to our already high-energy environment. When he’s not boosting morale at the office, you’ll likely find him napping or playing with his favorite stuffed elephant.
Just be sure to keep your eye on your gear—Frank has a soft spot for sports equipment and office supplies alike. Tennis balls, footballs, hockey pucks, and the occasional expo eraser don’t stand a chance.
Charity
Senior Territory Manager
Charity Hill serves as a Senior Territory Manager at MG8, bringing dedication and a strong work ethic to her role. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she spent much of her childhood on a farm in Lancaster, where she developed a deep appreciation for both hard work and nature.
Outside of work, Charity enjoys pottery, hands-on DIY projects, and spending time outdoors. Her favorite treats include pink Starbursts, Coca-Cola, and frozen coffee. One of her most meaningful experiences at MG8 was assisting in the closure of an animal shelter, where she had the opportunity to care for and interact with the animals—an experience she found both impactful and fulfilling.
A quote that inspires her personally and professionally is, “Harmony is the inner cadence of contentment we feel when the meaning of life is in tune,” by Sarah Ban Breathnach.
Annalise
Senior Territory Manager
Annalise Jansen serves as a Senior Territory Manager at MG8 Ohio. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, she moved to Columbus after graduating from Ohio Northern University, where she studied Health and Pharmaceutical Business and played on the women’s soccer team.
Annalise enjoys staying active—whether it’s working out, running, or playing pickleball with friends. She lives by the motto “FITFO” and applies it in her daily life.
