The story behind our logo
At MG8 Ohio, we believe in the value of family—and it shows in the inclusive atmosphere we’ve built. As our CEO Joe shares, “Family is everything to me. I decided to name the company after my mother, Maria Giordano.” The name MG8 is a tribute: “M” for Maria, “G” for Giordano, and “8” representing all eight members of the family.
Joe’s mother bravely battled Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare neurological disorder, and sadly passed away just three months after MG8 Ohio was founded in April 2018. One of her daily rituals was photographing the family’s boathouse each morning. Joe was especially fond of one of those photos, and it ultimately became the inspiration for the MG8 logo. Maria had the chance to see the logo before her passing—and loved it. The original image was taken in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, and remains a symbol of the legacy and love that continue to guide our company.

Our Goal is to be the largest outsourced consulting firm in North America and we plan to reach our goal by focusing on new acquisition for our client by building interpersonal relationships, business-to-business with our customers.
